I’m David Lukas Kühn – a creative director and designer living in Atlanta, Georgia.
I'm drawn to questions, to words, to concepts, to sounds. I obsess over vinyl records. I'll do an impression of just about anyone if they're quirky. I search for connections in the seemingly disparate. I spent six years on the road as a professional musician; that taught me more about managing people than anything before or since. I appreciate what stirs us and want to capture the essence of an experience – the taste in your mouth, the warmth in your heart, the recurring memory. I take my coffee black; I like my whisky neat. I've learned that the most impactful things are usually the simplest.
I love the possibilities and reward that comes from collaboration. I am the first to admit I don't know everything, but I truly believe that, given the right mix of perspectives, something truly great can be created.
